The present research aims to verify the need to withdraw from the legal world, through the control of the legality of administrative acts, of any Atypical Illicits that are unconstitutionally and illegally relativizing the dignity of the human person of public servants. To this end, the following issues will initially be analyzed: the legal purposes of the Inquiry; linking the Inquiry to the principles of legality and administrative morality; and the issue of Atypical Illicits and their existence and their effects in the legal world. To obtain the results desired by the research, the methods of approach and procedure to be followed will be, respectively, the empirical-dialectical and the bibliographic. In conclusion, it points to the need to annul administrative acts that prove to be Atypical Illicit, either by the Executive Power or by the Judiciary.
